Limited licence: We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable licence to use our site in accordance with these terms and conditions. All other uses are prohibited without our prior written consent.
Privacy: You acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood the terms conditions of our privacy policy (available on our site).
Fundraising expenses: You acknowledge that our fundraising activities may incur reasonable costs and expenses which we may deduct from the amounts raised.
Donations policy: We reserve the right to refuse to accept any donation and are not required to provide reasons. Where our fundraising raises funds in excess of that required for the immediate needs of the campaign (as determined by us), we reserve the right to allocate such access funds towards other clinical trial awareness raising activities and the administration of the foundation Where we elect, in our discretion, to refund any donation, we will not do so until such time as the donation has been received by us in cleared funds.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel any order for goods or services you make on this site at any time (in the case of goods) prior the earlier of: (a) despatch of the goods by us and (b) placement by us of an irrevocable order for such goods with any third party, or (in the case of services) prior to the delivery of the services by us. Where you cancel an order within the timeframes specified above, we will offer to refund you the relevant fee or charge. We may cancel any order at any time, in which case we will offer you a refund or an opportunity to order alternative goods or services with us.
Information: We use reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the content. However, we make no representation or warranty in relation to it and exclude any such representation or warranty to the maximum extent permitted by law. Without limitation, you agree to obtain your own independent professional medical advice prior to making any decision regarding participation in any clinical trial.
Initiatives: Commercial sponsors and contributors will not be involved in or have any control over (directly or indirectly) creatively or content-wise, any of the Foundation’s initiatives or the direction & strategy of the Foundation itself.
Prohibited conduct: You must not do or attempt to do anything that is unlawful, prohibited by any laws applicable to our site, or which we consider inappropriate, or which might bring us or our site into disrepute.
User Content: You may be permitted to submit relevant information and content (user content) on our site. By making available any user content on or through our site, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free licence to use the user content, with the right to exploit such user content on, through or by means of our site.
Third party sites: Our site may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

Severability: In the event that any provision of these terms and conditions is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these terms and conditions, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria. We make no representation that our site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia.
