ClinTrial Refer (CTR) is a mobile app and website platform that helps connect doctors and patients to current clinical trial opportunities.
CTR is a not for profit founded by Professor Judith Trotman (Haematologist, Concord Hospital NSW) and Ms Roslyn Ristuccia (Clinical Research Manager, St George Hospital NSW). It is an evidence-based tool that is being rapidly adapted for use in a variety of disciplines.
There are currently 21 ClinTrial Refer Apps across multiple specialties including, Prostate Cancer (ANZUP), Melanoma (ANZMTG and MIA), Radiation Oncology (TROG) and Breast Cancer. The apps can be downloaded individually. With funding support from MTPConnect ClinTrial Refer will be launching an upgraded version of the platform in 2019 which will deliver an integrated solution for housing all the apps and recruiting trials into one. The App is free to public access.
